Netpuppys Technologies seeks a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimize Google & Meta ad campaigns for our diverse client portfolio. You'll drive scalable growth through data-backed strategies, turning clicks into customers for D2C brands, e-commerce stores, and B2B enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage high-ROI campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Monitor daily performance metrics, optimize bids, and scale winning campaigns while pausing underperformers.
- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page recommendations aligned with client branding.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager.
- Collaborate with creative team for ad assets and content team for landing page optimization.
- Manage ad budgets (5L50L+ monthly) across multiple client accounts with strict ROI accountability.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, privacy updates (iOS14+, GA4 migration), and emerging ad formats.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for e-commerce/D2C clients.
- Proven track record delivering 4x+ ROAS on scaled campaigns (10L+ monthly spend).
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Expertise in conversion tracking setup, pixel implementation, and cross-platform attribution.
- Strong grasp of auction dynamics, bid strategies (Smart Bidding, CBO, Value Rules), and audience signals.
Preferred Experience (Highly Valued)
- Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, DSP) or marketplace advertising (Flipkart, Myntra) experience.
- Worked with Shopify/WooCommerce stores and server-side tracking solutions (GTM Server-Side).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or TikTok Ads for omnichannel campaigns.
- Experience with Looker Studio dashboards or custom BI reporting.
