Role Overview

We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads and revenue growth. If you love working with numbers, testing strategies, and scaling profitable campaigns this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)

Monitor KPIs like CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions

Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and creatives

Optimize funnels & landing pages for better performance

Scale profitable campaigns and reduce ad spend wastage

Prepare performance reports and insights

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with paid ads platforms
• Strong analytical & optimization skills
• Knowledge of tracking tools (Pixel, GTM, Analytics)
• Understanding of funnels & conversion strategy
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Bonus Skills

• Ecommerce or Lead-Gen campaign experience
• Basic copywriting & creative strategy knowledge
