Role Description

The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru. Responsibilities include planning and executing performance marketing campaigns, developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing campaign results to optimize performance, conducting market research, and ensuring alignment with sales goals. The role will require close collaboration with other team members to ensure effective communication and to deliver exceptional results to clients.

Qualifications

Proven track record in end-to-end ads management across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, with a strict focus on generating relevant leads and ROI.

Comprehensive knowledge of the Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads ecosystems, including campaign architecture, audience targeting, and performance scaling to meet business KPIs.

Strong Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.

Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.

Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy to drive measurable growth and achieve business objectives.

Deep expertise in managing and optimizing Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive measurable, high-quality results.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
