About The Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running ROI-driven campaigns, generating quality leads, and scaling brand performance through data-driven strategies.

Candidates with prior experience in a marketing or advertising agency will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns on;
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads
  • YouTube Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
  • Generate high-quality leads and maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and daily reporting
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, retargeting, and funnel improvements
  • Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and copies
  • Track campaign performance using tools like:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Performance Marketing concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
