The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across search and social channels to drive measurable business growth. This role focuses on data-driven decision-making, conversion optimization, and full-funnel performance across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc. ).
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience targeting, keyword research, campaign structure, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, and event tracking to ensure accurate measurement across channels.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, scalability, and ROI.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals, marketing funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices across digital advertising channels.
- Prepare and present clear, concise performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (LinkedIn experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and pixel/event implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
- Experience in budget management, scaling campaigns, and performance forecasting.
- Understanding of landing page optimization.
- Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
