Job Description

The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across search and social channels to drive measurable business growth. This role focuses on data-driven decision-making, conversion optimization, and full-funnel performance across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc. ).
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience targeting, keyword research, campaign structure, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, and event tracking to ensure accurate measurement across channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, scalability, and ROI.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals, marketing funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices across digital advertising channels.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (LinkedIn experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and pixel/event implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Experience in budget management, scaling campaigns, and performance forecasting.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization.
  • Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
