Role DescriptionThe Performance Marketing Specialist will manage the planning, implementation, and optimization of performance-driven marketing campaigns. This full-time role is on-site and based in Bengaluru. The day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, building marketing strategies, executing campaigns across digital platforms, and monitoring key performance metrics. Ensuring strong customer engagement and assisting in achieving sales targets will be central to this role.
