You will manage end-to-end growth initiatives, from ideation and campaign setup to optimization and reporting, ensuring measurable impact across multiple channels. Working closely with business development and design teams, you will craft strategies that drive lead generation, increase product visibility, and enhance conversion rates. Your analytical skills will guide continuous improvements, while your creativity will shape compelling campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid channels including paid search, paid social, and software comparison sites (G2, Capterra)
  • Experiment with emerging channels and optimize for AI search visibility
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies
  • Build and optimize the funnel from awareness to sales-accepted opportunities
  • Create campaigns with product marketing and design targeting prioritized accounts and segments, driving product-led growth (PLG) initiatives to enhance user acquisition, activation, and retention pathways.
  • Design and run pilot programs and beta testing cycles to validate new features, messaging, and user journeys.
  • Design and optimize landing pages to maximize lead quality
  • Analyze performance metrics, experiment outcomes, and funnel data to drive data-backed strategy adjustments and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Own performance tracking (GA4, GSC, dashboards, UTMs)
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and data quality to ensure accurate reporting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Design teams to align messaging and ensure cohesive brand representation.
  • Maintain high standards in campaign assets, reporting, and overall execution quality.
  • Stay updated on growth best practices, PLG frameworks, and emerging tools to continually elevate the growth engine.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B performance marketing experience with demonstrated success in customer acquisition, ideally in SaaS
  • Hands-on expertise with paid channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads and other performance platforms
  • Experience with account-based marketing strategies and execution
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and website optimization
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce; familiarity with design tools is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics into strategy
  • Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and geographies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pragmatic mindset with the ability to execute strategically and creatively.
