Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven, performance-obsessed Social Media Ads Specialist to lead of our paid media strategy across Meta and Google with the opportunity to expand into TikTok and emerging platforms such as Axon (AppLovin).
If you live in Ads Manager, think in ROAS and CAC, and love scaling profitable campaigns this role is for you. You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid digital campaigns that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and lifetime value across our e-commerce business.
This is not a boost posts role.
This is a full-funnel, performance marketing leadership position.
You will work closely with our creative, e-commerce, and leadership teams to continuously improve performance, conversion rates, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Own Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads strategy end-to-end
- Manage and scale Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Build and optimize full-funnel campaign structures (TOF/MOF/BOF)
- Develop testing roadmaps (creative, audiences, landing pages, offers)
- Optimize for revenue, MER, ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin not vanity metrics
Platform Expansion
- Launch and scale TikTok Ads (conversion campaigns)
- Explore and test emerging paid platforms (e.g., Axon by AppLovin)
- Identify incremental growth channels beyond Meta/Google
Analytics & Optimization
- Deep understanding of attribution models (last click vs blended/MER)
- Analyze performance across GA4, platform dashboards, and backend sales data
- Monitor and improve:
- Conversion rate (CVR)
- Average order value (AOV)
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- New vs returning customer mix
- Identify bottlenecks in funnel and collaborate on improvements
Creative Collaboration
- Brief creative team with performance-backed insights
- Develop winning hooks, angles, and offer strategies
- Analyze ad creative performance at granular level (thumb-stop rate, CTR, hold rate, etc.)
- Guide UGC and short-form video strategy for paid
Technical Execution
- Pixel & tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Google Tag, TikTok Pixel)
- Event tracking & conversion API familiarity
- Feed management for Shopping campaigns
- Landing page testing & CRO coordination
Required Experience:
- 4+ years managing Meta Ads with meaningful budgets
- Strong Google Ads experience (Search + Shopping required)
- Proven track record scaling e-commerce brands profitably
- Experience managing $50k+/month in ad spend preferred
- Strong analytical skills comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards
- Ability to make decisions from data, not guesswork
Bonus:
- TikTok Ads conversion campaign experience
- Experience with Axon (AppLovin) or similar DSP platforms
- Jewelry, luxury, fashion, or high-AOV product experience
