Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads Focus)

We are looking for a hands-on Google Ads Specialist who can drive performance-led campaigns and deliver measurable growth.

In this role, Google Ads will be the primary platform, where you will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. Over time, you may also contribute to campaigns across other paid media platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn, depending on your expertise and campaign requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization

Track and analyze performance metrics including CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

Implement conversion tracking and analytics integrations

Generate insights and performance reports to guide marketing decisions

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve performance across other paid media channels when relevant

Requirements

25 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

Strong understanding of Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns

Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance and ROI

Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 and conversion tracking

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data

Experience with Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a plus but not mandatory
