Job Description

Performance Marketing Executive (D2C + B2B)

Location:Gurgaon

Experience:1.5-3 years Salary:Up to 30,000/month

Notice Period:Immediate joiners preferred

About The Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with experience in both D2C e-commerce and B2B lead generation. The role involves managing end-to-end campaigns, optimizing funnels, and driving measurable growth across revenue and lead acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping) and Meta Ads
Manage D2C eCommerce campaigns and B2B lead generation funnels
Optimize for ROAS, CPL, and lead quality
Handle product feeds, audiences, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
Improve landing pages, creatives, and CTAs to boost conversions
Conduct A/B testing across ads, audiences, and funnels
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance
Implement automation workflows for lead nurturing and reporting

Requirements

1-3 years of performance marketing experience
Strong expertise in Google Ads (including Shopping) and Meta Ads
Experience in both D2C (e-commerce) and/or B2B lead generation
Familiarity with Google Merchant Center, CRM tools, and tracking systems
Understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and conversion optimization
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools
Knowledge of GA4, attribution models, and lead scoring
Ability to scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining ROI
