We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who cares about pipeline, revenue, and growth, not just CTRs and CPCs.
This role is for someone who enjoys figuring out where the next customer will come from, testing new acquisition channels, and building systems that help us scale faster.
What You'll Do
- Own lead generation and conversion campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Find creative ways to generate qualified pipeline beyond traditional paid media.
- Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns focused on business outcomes.
- Work closely with sales, content, and product teams on GTM initiatives.
- Implement and manage GTM, GA4, Conversion APIs, CRM integrations, offline conversion tracking, and attribution frameworks.
- Use AI tools, MCPs, automation workflows, and data pipelines to improve campaign execution and decision making.
- Analyze performance data and make budget allocation decisions based on actual business impact.
- Build reporting systems that help the company understand what is working and what is not.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong experience running lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Experience across both B2B and B2C businesses.
- Strong understanding of attribution, funnel analysis, and conversion tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Comfortable implementing Conversion APIs, server-side tracking, and MarTech integrations.
- Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation, MCPs, and modern growth workflows.
- Data-first mindset with the ability to back decisions with numbers.
This Role Is Probably Not For You If
- Your experience is primarily D2C eCommerce performance marketing.
- You've never implemented GTM, pixels, or Conversion APIs yourself.
- You've never worked with offline conversion tracking.
- Terms like hashed first-party data, server-side tracking, attribution models, or CRM syncs sound unfamiliar.
- You prefer managing campaigns over building growth systems.
- You are looking for a role where someone else tells you exactly what to do every day.
Growth Opportunity
This is an individual contributor role today, but we expect this person to help shape the future growth function. If you enjoy ownership, experimentation, and building from first principles, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the team scales.
We're not looking for someone to manage ad accounts.
We're looking for someone who can build a growth engine.
