Job Description

We are looking for a Digital / Performance Marketing Manager to drive qualified lead generation, campaign performance, funnel optimization, and revenue-linked marketing for Masterclass programs, virtual sessions, recorded programs, event inventories, awards, webinars, sponsor-led campaigns, and digital product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute performance campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, remarketing, and other digital channels.
  • Drive qualified leads for Masterclass, paid programs, virtual sessions, recorded content, awards, events, webinars, and sponsor-led campaigns.
  • Manage the full funnel from audience targeting, lead capture, nurturing, sales handover, conversion tracking, and reporting.
  • Build audience segments based on industry, designation, seniority, intent, event participation, content consumption, and past engagement.
  • Work with product and design teams to improve landing pages, lead forms, CTAs, communication journeys, and conversion flows.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to track lead quality, follow-up status, conversion feedback, and revenue outcomes.
  • Create campaign dashboards covering CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, source performance, lead quality, ROI, and revenue contribution.
  • Support GTM planning for new Masterclass formats, virtual/recorded programs, AI-led event inventories, sponsor modules, CRM journeys, and automation-led products.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and B2B lead generation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, remarketing, and campaign automation.
  • Understanding of B2B events, masterclasses, webinars, paid programs, digital products, and revenue-linked funnels.
  • Ability to optimize campaigns based on CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, ROI, and revenue contribution.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and ad dashboards.
  • Good understanding of landing page optimization, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and funnel tracking.
  • Strong coordination skills with sales, product, content, design, editorial, and business teams.
  • Good written communication for ad copies, email copies, WhatsApp messaging, campaign briefs, and performance reports.

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B events, media, edtech, executive education, SaaS, webinars, paid learning programs, or digital products.
  • Exposure to CRM-led nurturing, lead scoring, WhatsApp/email automation, and remarketing journeys.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment with ownership of measurable outcomes.
