Role Description The Senior Associate – Performance Marketing will manage and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and remarketing, with a focus on driving measurable growth and ROI. This full-time hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning performance marketing strategies, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance data, and implementing A/B tests to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition. The role will also involve coordinating with creative, content, and client teams to align messaging with performance goals, preparing performance dashboards, and presenting insights and recommendations. The Senior Associate will support budget planning, forecast key metrics, ensure accurate tracking and attribution, and stay current with platform updates, best practices, and emerging tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present campaign insights clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis to understand audiences, identify growth opportunities, and benchmark performance.
  • Experience in performance-driven marketing, including paid search, paid social, and other digital channels, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Familiarity with sales funnels and conversion optimization, and the ability to partner with sales or account teams to improve lead quality and outcomes.
  • Solid project management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple campaigns on time while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics or similar tools).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles; experience in an agency or studio environment is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid setup in New Delhi, with openness to cross-functional collaboration and continual learning.
