Role Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you'll lead the charge in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels. You'll work closely with creative, strategy, and brand teams to ensure campaigns are both ROI-focused and aligned with the visual tone of the brand. Experience in D2C marketing funnels, conversions, and customer retention is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Own the end-to-end media buying process, including campaign setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance across CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other KPIs to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel strategies.
  • Scale successful campaigns, monitor budgets, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage attribution and tracking via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTM links, and third-party tools.
  • Build and report actionable insights using performance dashboards and campaign reports.
  • Stay ahead of performance trends, D2C benchmarks, and paid media innovations.

  • Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing for D2C/e-commerce brands.
    • Proven experience managing 5L50L+/month ad budgets across multiple platforms.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
    • Understanding of conversion funnels, retargeting, and customer lifecycle marketing.
    • Ability to analyze data, build reports, and derive strategic insights to scale performance.
    • Familiarity with tools like Shopify, WebEngage, Klaviyo, or similar CRM/email platforms is a plus.
    • Creative eye for evaluating ad creatives and collaborating with content teams.
