ZenoRealty is building an investor-first real estate brokerage for NCR. Meta Ads will be a core growth engine for us, and we want to build this capability in-house, not depend on agencies.

Core Responsibilities
1. Campaign Architecture
- Build, manage, and optimize high-volume lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Expert understanding of the 3-tier Meta structure (Campaign > Ad Set > Ad).
- Set up complete funnel strategies, audience segmentation, and performance flows.
2. Asset & Access Governance
- Manage all assets through Meta Business Manager, including Partner Codes, Pixels, Conversions API, and Custom Audiences.
- Ensure data integrity, hygiene, and compliance across all ad accounts and business assets.
- Treat Pixel events, audiences, and CAPI integrations as long-term compounding assets.
3. Budget Management & Pacing
- Manage, optimize, and scale monthly ad budgets ranging from 50,000 to 20,00,000+.
- Monitor pacing, performance thresholds, and efficiency metrics while scaling budgets aggressively.
- Maintain optimal CPL and conversion efficiency even at high-scale spends.
4. AI-Enriched Feedback Loop
- Work closely with the Sales Team to validate lead quality vs. lead volume.
- Track leads beyond clicksoptimize based on site visits, funnel behavior, and sales feedback.
- Use AI-driven insights to iterate and refine targeting and creative strategy.
5. Creative Iteration (AI-Enriched)
- Conduct systematic A/B testing of headlines, creatives, formats, and hooks.
- Use performance data to lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improve conversion efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic creative experiments.
The Ideal Candidate
Agency Veteran
- Has handled 10+ client accounts simultaneously and knows how to operate in structured chaos.
- Looking for a long-term role with deeper ownership, not rapid-fire client churn.
Tech-Savvy Marketer
- Operates strictly via Ads Manager and does not rely on boosted posts.
- Advanced understanding of Lookalikes, Retargeting funnels, Pixel events, CAPI integration, and performance-driven digital funnels.
Financially Literate
- Comfortable reading spreadsheets and interpreting campaign data.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPL, Cost Per Result, conversion value, and other performance metrics.
- Ability to convert numbers into actionable insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- 36 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling Meta + Google campaigns.
- Strong command over Meta Business Manager, Google Ads UI, Attribution tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and data interpretation abilities.
- Experience using AI tools for creative generation, insights, and optimization (preferred).
