About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media campaigns across YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale budgets (100K+ USD per month) and a proven track record of driving growth for D2C brands and SaaS companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across YouTube Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage and optimize monthly ad spends in excess of $100K, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
- Develop and execute growth strategies tailored for D2C eCommerce brands and SaaS businesses.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Own end-to-end campaign management: from setup and tracking to reporting and optimization.
- Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
- Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR) and proactively recommend improvements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new ad formats, and platform algorithm changes.
- Build scalable playbooks for campaign execution and optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising with a strong focus on YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience handling budgets of $100K+ per month.
- Strong expertise in D2C eCommerce and SaaS growth marketing.
- Deep understanding of media buying, attribution models, and tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or other reporting tools.
- Strong creative testing background with the ability to guide content strategy for ads.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling international campaigns across multiple geographies.
- Familiarity with affiliate, influencer, and programmatic advertising.
- Hands-on knowledge of automation tools and AI-driven campaign optimization.
