Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Plan and execute campaigns to drive both online and offline sales.
  • Optimize for key sales metrics: ROAS, Conversion Rate, AOV, Revenue per Visitor.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and e-commerce platforms for performance tracking.
2. Customer Acquisition
  • Lead paid advertising efforts to acquire new customers efficiently.
  • Track CAC, CPA, and CTR across campaigns using Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and influencer/affiliate partnerships.
3. Brand Awareness & Engagement
  • Build and scale brand presence across social media and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and improve Engagement Rate, Impressions, Reach, and Sentiment.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators for brand storytelling.
4. SEM & SEO
  • Drive organic and paid search performance.
  • Analyze and improve search engine rankings, CPC, and organic traffic using Google Ads, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
5. Paid Advertising Campaigns
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms.
  • Track key metrics like Cost per Conversion, ROAS, Retargeting Success.
  • Leverage Meta Ads, Programmatic platforms for reach and conversion.

6. Email Marketing & Automation
  • Design and deploy lifecycle email campaigns for engagement and retention.
  • Improve Open Rates, CTR, and Email Revenue using tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Shopify integrations.
7. Campaign Optimization
  • Continuously A/B test and tweak campaigns to boost ROI.
  • Analyze performance with Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and testing tools.
8. Customer Retention & Loyalty
  • Launch loyalty programs and remarketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and improve Repeat Purchase Rate, CLV, and Churn Rate.
9. Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Generate and present performance reports using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other reporting tools.
  • Track marketing KPIs and adjust strategy based on insights.
10. Competitor Analysis & Market Research
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor trends.
  • Use tools like SEMrush, SpyFu, and social listening tools for insights.
11. Cross-Channel Marketing Strategy
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Paid, Organic, Social, and Email.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and user experience across touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • 59 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (preferably in e-commerce or D2C).
  • Proven track record in paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, SEMrush, GA4, etc.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
