Job Description

TL;DR: We're looking for a platform-ready Performance Marketing Specialist to join a fast-growing B2B marketing agency. You'll own in-platform execution across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit Ads, managing campaigns across multiple client accounts with minimal hand-holding. If you're 2 to 4 years into your paid media career and want a clear path to strategy, this is your seat.

  • Location: Fully-remote
  • Role type: Full-time, fully remote | 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST 
  • Salary range: up to ₹15 LPA (based on experience)

About the opportunity

This is a growth hire into a paid media department that's scaling fast. The team has historically been rooted in content and SEO, and paid media is now a core priority, which means you'll be joining at exactly the right moment. You'll sit within the execution layer of the paid media team, reporting directly to the Paid Media Lead. There's a clear growth path on offer, and standout performers can move into strategy roles and eventually into pod leadership as the department grows.

What you'll do

  • Run daily in-platform execution across 4 to 6 client accounts, monitoring performance, adjusting bids, managing pacing, rotating creatives, and keeping campaigns healthy
  • Build and launch campaigns end-to-end from strategic briefs, including full tracking setup via GTM and GA4
  • Manage your workload independently through ClickUp, contribute to client-facing reports, and flag issues proactively before they escalate

Who We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience, with a proven track record of independently managing campaigns across at least two or three major platforms
  • Able to own multi-platform execution end-to-end — you take a brief and deliver, with minimal oversight
  • Thrives in environments where responsiveness and self-direction are the baseline, not the exception
  • Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads; Reddit Ads experience is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of tracking fundamentals, including GTM, GA4, pixel setup, and conversion configuration
  • Experienced with ClickUp or comparable project management tools for day-to-day workflow
  • You catch issues before they're flagged and communicate proactively
  • You can work from a brief without needing it broken down into micro-steps
  • You're consistent and dependable, and the people around you always know what to expect

Bonus points if you have

  • Reddit Ads experience, since it's a newer channel and genuinely rare to find
  • A B2B or agency background where you managed multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for CRM and reporting context
