About the opportunity
This is a growth hire into a paid media department that's scaling fast. The team has historically been rooted in content and SEO, and paid media is now a core priority, which means you'll be joining at exactly the right moment. You'll sit within the execution layer of the paid media team, reporting directly to the Paid Media Lead. There's a clear growth path on offer, and standout performers can move into strategy roles and eventually into pod leadership as the department grows.
