Brainberg Knowledge Solutions is seeking a data-driven and execution-focused Performance Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital acquisition and retention strategies for SaaS products, including Traitfit. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on campaign execution, team leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration across B2B and B2C segments.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree B.E./B.Tech (Mandatory), MBA (Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including SaaS marketing exposure (preferably in HR Tech, EdTech, or B2B).
- Familiarity with key marketing tools across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4, GTM, HubSpot/Mailchimp, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools (Zapier/Make), along with analytics platforms like Mixpanel/Amplitude.
- Prior agency-side experience (worked at or extensively collaborated with digital marketing agencies).
- Demonstrated expertise across both B2B and B2C acquisition strategies.
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns for both web and mobile app audiences.
- Experience running campaigns targeting international audiences (beyond India).
- Proficient with all major PPC platforms: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and programmatic.
- Strong email marketing background with hands-on tool experience.
- Solid marketing automation skills — ability to design and implement complex workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Drive key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, and LTV.
- Execute A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Stay updated with platform changes, automation features, and new ad formats.
Web & App Marketing
- Develop and execute strategies for web and mobile app acquisition.
- Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) in collaboration with product teams.
- Optimize onboarding journeys to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor KPIs including installs, DAU, retention, and in-app engagement.
International Marketing
- Design and implement geo-targeted campaigns for international markets (Middle East, SE Asia, US/UK).
- Localize messaging and creatives based on regional preferences.
- Analyze regional performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Coordinate with finance on international ad spend compliance.
SaaS Product & Lifecyle Marketing
- Build full-funnel strategies: Awareness → Activation → Retention → Revenue → Referral.
- Define and manage user journeys for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Develop persona-based communication strategies.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives with Customer Success teams.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns including drip, onboarding, and re-engagement flows.
- Implement automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, or equivalent.
- Ensure high deliverability and optimize email KPIs (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion).
- Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency and personalization.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Stretegy
- Plan and execute GTM strategies for product launches and feature releases.
- Align messaging across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Define success metrics and track performance through dashboards.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage external agencies and ensure delivery against performance KPIs.
- Conduct audits and optimize budget utilization.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships.
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and manage tracking systems (GA4, GTM, Pixels, etc.).
- Build dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Perform cohort, funnel, and attribution analysis.
- Translate data into actionable insights for decision-making.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–10 members.
- Set goals, conduct reviews, and drive a performance-oriented culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and execution.
