We're on the lookout for a high-impact, AI-first Performance Marketing Manager – Healthcare E-commerce to take complete command of scaling our Health Check business. Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Sales Ownership
- Own end-to-end Health Check e-commerce sales performance
- Drive revenue growth across digital platforms
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Optimize full funnel performance - traffic, conversion, retention
Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Handle complete campaign lifecycle (setup, targeting, creatives, A/B testing, optimization, scaling)
- Manage paid media budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS
- Monitor daily performance and take corrective actions
AI-Driven Marketing
- Leverage AI tools for campaign optimization and automation
- Use AI-driven insights for audience segmentation and personalization
- Apply predictive analytics to improve conversions and acquisition
- Automate reporting and performance tracking
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team
- Define KPIs and performance benchmarks
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Collaborate with creative, content, tech, and external teams
Analytics, Reporting & Strategy
- Track performance using GA4 and marketing dashboards
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership
- Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends
- Build scalable, data-driven growth strategies
Critical Skills for Driving Sales
- Strong sales acumen in healthcare e-commerce to convert users for consultations, diagnostics, and health packages
- Data-driven decision-making using conversion rates, referral analytics, and market benchmarks to prioritize high-value accounts (hospitals/clinics)
- Expertise in sales funnel management (7+ touchpoints: outreach, follow-ups, appointments, conversions)
- Ability to drive promotions, campaigns, and on-ground activations (health camps/events) to boost conversions
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, compliance, and channel strategies (DSA, partnerships, P&L ownership)
- Strong digital marketing skills (SEO/PPC) with focus on performance and conversion optimization
- Focus on customer experience & operational efficiency aligned with e-commerce standards
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills to drive team performance and business growth
- Ability to track and improve leading & lagging KPIs (calls-to-referrals, conversions, revenue metrics)
Required Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Budget management with strong ROI focus
- Strong understanding of KPIs: ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR
- Experience with AI marketing tools and automation platforms
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team management skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- MBA in Marketing (preferred)
Experience Required
- 5–12 years in Digital Marketing
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales growth
- Experience in healthcare/health-tech/diagnostics is a plus
