Role Overview:
We're looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive scalable customer acquisition and retention across digital channels. You'll be responsible for end-to-end campaign planning, execution, tracking, and optimization, ensuring a strong ROI while scaling brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and more.
Build and execute full-funnel strategies tailored for D2C performancefrom awareness to conversion.
Develop and A/B test ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages to optimize performance.
Data, Analytics & ROI
Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV).
Track conversion funnels using Google Analytics, GA4, Facebook Pixel, GTM, etc.
Create performance dashboards and weekly/monthly reports for leadership.
Marketplace & Website Marketing
Run performance campaigns for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and D2C platforms (Shopify) to boost traffic and conversions.
Collaborate with content and design teams for product page optimization, creative ads, and landing pages.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the creative, growth, influencer, and tech teams to ensure cohesive messaging and funnel optimization.
Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers (if any) for ad ops, automation, or creatives.
Tools & Platforms
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, and UTM tracking tools.
Basic knowledge of email automation tools, retargeting strategies, and CRM integrations is a plus.
Qualifications:
35 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Proven track record of scaling D2C brands through paid ads.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel or data studio skills.
Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, funnel drop-offs, and media buying strategies.
Experience with Shopify, Amazon Ads, or wellness/FMCG sector is a big plus.
