Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain & Logistics Management:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement, production coordination, vendor management to last-mile delivery.
- Vendor & Factory Coordination:
- Liaise with textile manufacturers and vendors to ensure timely production and dispatch. Establish reliable partnerships and manage performance expectations.
- Inventory & Warehouse Oversight:
- Manage inventory planning, stock movement, and warehouse operations. Optimize warehousing systems for real-time accuracy and fulfillment efficiency.
- Quality Control:
- Lead quality assurance processes across sourcing, production, and dispatch. Set QC protocols, monitor product specs, and drive consistency in product standards.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Supervise daily order processing, packaging, and timely dispatch through our e-commerce and marketplace channels.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify bottlenecks and implement systems for faster, leaner, and more scalable operations. Drive improvements in production timelines, cost-efficiency, and operational SOPs.
- Team & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development, customer service, and marketing teams to align operations with business goals and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in textile or apparel supply chain operations with a D2C e-commerce brand.
- Strong understanding of textile production, procurement cycles, and QC standards.
- Experience working with factories, artisans, or export units in the textile/apparel ecosystem.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) and logistics tools (Shiprocket, Pickrr, etc.).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using spreadsheets, inventory systems, or ERP tools.
- Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati preferred (for vendor coordination), along with strong English communication.

- Experience scaling operations from early-stage to growth-stage brand
- Knowledge of sustainable sourcing or ethical compliance practices
- Prior experience in managing returns, reverse logistics, and refurb processes
