Job description:

A Performance Marketing Manager develops, executes, and optimizes data-driven digital campaigns (paid search, social, display, affiliate) to acquire customers, maximize ROI, and drive business growth, focusing heavily on analytics, A/B testing, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve measurable KPIs like CPA and conversion rates. They use tools like Google Analytics and manage campaigns across platforms like Google & Meta, reporting insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search engine optimization
• Search engine marketing
• Generative search optimization
• Meta / Facebook ads
• Managing leads through meta / google
• Web optimizations
• Analytics and reporting
• Website funnel and set up
• Conversion Tracking

Qualification and requirements:

Ideally 2 or 3+ years experience in a similar role
