Fruxinfo Private Limited is looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who can create, optimize, and scale paid campaigns that generate quality leads and measurable ROI.
The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead funnels, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns
- Generate qualified leads for software, websites, mobile apps, and IT services
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, CAC, CTR, and lead quality
- Set up GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking
- Create retargeting funnels and remarketing campaigns
- Run A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
- Improve landing page conversion rates
- Monitor daily ad spend and scale winning campaigns
- Submit weekly reports with insights and growth recommendations
Required Skills
- 2+ years in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads
- Hands-on with GA4, GTM, Pixel, Conversion API
- Strong analytical and optimization mindset
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in IT / digital agency lead generation
- Able to manage and scale ad budgets confidently
- Focused on ROI, data, and growth
- Can work closely with design, sales, and development teams
