ADM is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who doesn't just run ads but engineers results. If you live in dashboards, obsess over ROI,ROAS, and lose sleep over a poorly structured campaign, you might be exactly who we need.

What You'll Own:

Paid Advertising

— Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)

— Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns, creatives, A/B testing)

— LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, retargeting)

SEO & Organic Growth

— On-page & off-page SEO

— Keyword research & mapping

— Technical SEO audits

— Content-led SEO strategy in collaboration with our creative team

Tracking & Analytics

— Meta Pixel setup, events & Conversions API

— Google Tag Manager & GA4 configuration

— UTM structuring, attribution modelling, conversion tracking

Reporting & Optimisation

— Campaign performance reporting (weekly & monthly)

— Budget allocation & bid strategy management

— Landing page feedback for CRO improvements

What We're Looking For:

✅ 2–3 years of solid, hands-on experience in performance marketing

✅ Proven track record we'll ask about real numbers (ROAS, CPL, CTR)

✅ Comfortable managing multi-platform campaigns simultaneously

✅ Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications — a strong plus

✅ Familiarity with tools like Semrush / Ahrefs / Screaming Frog

✅ Someone who takes ownership, not just instructions
