Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, especially Meta Ads, and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
  • Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, event tracking, and conversion tracking
  • Build and optimize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and demographic targeting
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions)
  • Manage social media marketing, including content planning and campaign execution
  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid media

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience in Facebook Pixel setup and tracking
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and web analytics tools
  • Knowledge of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the smart home or technology industry is a plus
