Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 4+ Years
Salary: Up to 16 LPA
Industry Preference: Beauty, Skincare & Cosmetics Brands
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Drive customer acquisition, website traffic, and online sales.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CAC, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign data and optimize budgets for better ROI.
- Coordinate with creative and e-commerce teams for ad campaigns.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with beauty brands.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital marketing KPIs.
