Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Media Executive to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns focused on student lead generation. The role requires hands-on expertise across major advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate audience insights into high-performing media strategies.
You will be responsible for driving qualified leads at optimal cost, improving funnel efficiency, and continuously scaling campaigns across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Develop channel-wise media plans aligned to lead generation targets
- Structure campaigns for optimal performance across funnel stages
- Implement A/B tests for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
Lead Generation & Optimization
- Drive high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL benchmarks
- Monitor conversion metrics and optimize campaigns for volume and quality
- Implement retargeting strategies across platforms
- Work closely with admissions/sales teams to improve lead-to-enrolment outcomes
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using platform dashboards, Google Analytics, and CRM data
- Build daily/weekly performance reports and actionable insights
- Identify trends, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities across the funnel
- Maintain accurate data hygiene and tracking (pixels, events, conversions)
Audience & Market Understanding
- Develop audience segments based on demographics, behavior, and intent
- Conduct competitor and keyword research for the education sector
- Continuously refine targeting to improve relevance and ROI
Budget & Media Planning
- Allocate budgets across channels to maximize returns
- Forecast lead volumes and cost projections
- Optimize spend based on performance and seasonality (admission cycles)

- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Understanding of tracking tools, pixels, and conversion APIs
- Analytical Skills
- Strong numerical aptitude and data interpretation ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets:Pivot tables, Lookups & Data analysis
- Ability to derive insights and recommend actions
- Marketing & Audience Insight
- Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels

- Experience in education marketing or service lead generation preferred

Qualifications
