Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Executive to support the execution, monitoring, and reporting of digital performance marketing campaigns. The role will primarily focus on Meta Ads operations, with opportunities to support other digital advertising platforms. Looking for 3-4 years of job experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, and audience settings in Meta Ads Manager.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, including spend, leads, CPL, CPM, CTR, CPC, and other key metrics.
- Track budgets and campaign delivery, and flag performance fluctuations or technical issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports using dashboard data and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate creative uploads, ad copy updates, campaign changes, and quality checks.
- Support campaign optimisation by identifying underperforming ads and ad sets.
- Assist with campaign execution and research across Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Jio Ads, and other digital platforms as required.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts and metrics.
- Hands-on familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and its campaign, ad set, and ad structure.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of campaign budgets, audiences, placements, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow execution instructions accurately.
- Good communication, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in digital marketing or paid media.
- Experience working on lead-generation campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads or other advertising platforms.
