We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive

We're looking for a creative and analytical marketer who enjoys turning insights into impactful campaigns. If you love researching markets, building smart strategies, and continuously improving results, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Identify target audiences, campaign objectives, and desired outcomes
• Research, plan, and execute effective marketing strategies
• Develop compelling content for marketing campaigns across platforms
• Track performance, analyse results, and optimise campaigns for better outcomes
• Plan, manage, and optimise large advertising spends on Meta and Google Ads across multiple websites & brands
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and industry best practices for Meta & Google.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 1+ of relevant marketing experience
• Experience with setting up & executive ads on Meta & Google.
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience handling large spends on Meta and Google Ads
• Having led spends of over 5L per month in previous work.
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creative skills
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to take initiative
• Experience with social media and performance-driven campaigns

Compensation

CTC: 4.8 - 5.2 LPA
