We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:

o Assist in the setup, implementation, and monitoring of paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels.

o Track and analyze campaign performance to ensure alignment with KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.

o Optimize campaign budgets, ad placements, and bids to maximize ROI.

2. Analytics and Reporting:

o Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

o Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders.

3. Creative Coordination:

o Work closely with the creative team to provide input on ad copy, visuals, and other campaign assets.

o Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and are optimized for performance.

4. Market Research:

o Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

o Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and paid media platforms.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

o 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

o Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

Skills:

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

o Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.

o Basic understanding of SEO, A/B testing, and performance metrics.

o Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
