About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can execute, optimize, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and marketplaces with strong attention to detail, ownership, and speed.
The role requires someone who understands campaign hygiene, budget discipline, reporting accuracy, and performance optimization in a fast-paced D2C fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management
- Launch campaigns accurately within timelines
- Maintain campaign hygiene across Meta & Google Ads
- Monitor daily spend, targeting, creatives, and links
- Ensure smooth execution of scaling and optimization tasks
Budget & Spend Management
- Track and manage campaign budgets efficiently
- Avoid overspending or underutilization
- Make timely budget adjustments based on performance trends
Tracking & Data Accuracy
- Ensure proper pixel and event tracking
- Maintain UTM accuracy and attribution tracking
- Share accurate daily performance reports
Performance Optimization
- Execute A/B testing and campaign experiments
- Coordinate creative refreshes and rotations
- Implement bid adjustments, scaling, and pause strategies
Reporting & Coordination
- Share daily reports within timelines
- Escalate campaign issues proactively
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for execution
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, and attribution
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- High ownership and execution mindset
- Prior D2C or fashion brand experience preferred
