Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to manage and drive both organic social media and paid marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital metrics, content strategy, and performance marketing, along with hands-on experience in website management and SEO/SEM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Plan, create, and oversee engaging content aligned with brand objectives
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, engagement rates)
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and A/B testing
- Manage website updates, content uploads, and basic CMS operations
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic visibility
- Support SEM initiatives to enhance lead generation and conversions
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in social media and performance marketing
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and paid media metrics
- Hands-on experience with SEO and SEM tools and strategies
- Working knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and content planning skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Basic understanding of content design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
