Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who will support day-to-day execution of paid campaigns across Meta and Google, with a focus on customer acquisition and performance efficiency.This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how performance marketing works in a fast-scaling D2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Track daily performance metrics such as spend, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions
  • Identify issues across the funnel: ad → landing page → conversion
  • Assist in launching and tracking creative tests (statics, videos, messaging angles)
  • Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Maintain trackers for:
  • Campaign changes
  • Creative testing
  • Performance reporting
  • Support budget pacing and ensure smooth campaign execution without errors
  • Share weekly updates with key insights and observations

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns are executed accurately and on time
  • Improvement in key metrics like CPA and conversion rate
  • Consistent contribution to creative testing and learnings
  • Ability to spot performance issues early and escalate proactively
  • Clear, structured communication of performance updates

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
  • Basic understanding of key metrics:
  • CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate
  • Comfort working with numbers and data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership

Good-to-Have:

  • Exposure to Meta Ads / Google Ads platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of D2C funnels and customer journeys
