Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

Monitor daily performance metrics ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CAC and flag optimization opportunities.

Contribute to campaign testing frameworks (audience, creative, placement, bid strategy).

Collaborate with creative and copy teams to align ad visuals and messaging with campaign goals.

Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

Support in managing budgets, pacing, and tracking spends vs. targets.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Coordinate with the retention and analytics teams for full-funnel performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

12 years of hands-on experience running Meta and/or Google Ads campaigns.

Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, or performance-focused agencies.

Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR).

Analytical mindset and comfort with data interpretation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Certification in Meta or Google Ads.

Basic understanding of email/WhatsApp retention flows (Bitespeed, Klaviyo, MoEngage).

Exposure to creative testing and conversion tracking setup.

Curiosity for learning automation tools and scaling ad accounts.
