Role Overview-

As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will be at the heart of driving paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. Working closely with creative and analytics teams, you'll be responsible for executing, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns to ensure performance goals are exceeded. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about digital marketing, data, and creative strategy, with hands-on experience and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities-

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms to meet client objectives.
• Monitor key metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CPL; analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Partner with the creative team to conceptualize and deliver engaging ad creatives, copy, and visuals aligned with brand messaging.
• Segment and refine target audiences for better relevance and higher engagement rates.
• Strategically allocate and monitor ad spend to maximize campaign effectiveness while staying within budget constraints.
• Lead structured experiments to test different creatives, messages, and targeting strategies, using learnings to enhance campaign outcomes.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to clients and internal teams, providing actionable recommendations.

Qualifications-

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Background in creative, advertising, marketing, or data-driven environments preferred.
• Proven experience handling advertising budgets in lakhs and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and passion for delivering measurable results.
