Performance Marketer

Qua is a power dressing brand for modern women. We are looking for a Performance Marketer to handle digital ads for the brand. The ideal candidate is a data-driven nerd who can scale revenue profitably across various digital platforms and is capable of owning a full-funnel growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage ad campaigns across various digital platforms
• Work with designers to create high-performing ads
• Work on landing pages and website optimisation
• Meet revenue, CAC, ROAS targets
• Build a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboard highlighting new metrics

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in fashion
• Expert-level knowledge of Meta and Google ads
• Experience in working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
• Experience in working with Shopify platform
• A strong analytical mindset
