Role Description The Performance Marketer at Kick Chef will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive lead generation and brand visibility across the hospitality sector. This full-time role is based on-site in Noida and involves managing paid channels such as search, social media, and display, as well as tracking performance metrics and return on ad spend. Day-to-day tasks include setting up campaigns, conducting A/B tests, analyzing data, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with the leadership and sales teams to refine targeting and messaging. The Performance Marketer will also contribute to landing page optimization, funnel improvement, and budget allocation to achieve growth targets.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in performance marketing across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, dashboards) to measure campaign effectiveness and inform decisions.
  • Ability to develop and refine digital marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, funnel design, and A/B testing of creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Solid understanding of basic marketing principles, brand positioning, and customer acquisition in a B2B or services environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to brief creatives, coordinate with internal teams, and present performance insights clearly.
  • Comfort using marketing and CRM or lead management tools to track leads from campaign to closure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, staffing, or a service-based business is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Noida.
