Job Description

About Digital Molecule

Digital Molecule is a digital marketing agency that partners with ambitious brands to drive measurable growth. We work with some of the most exciting EdTech clients in the space, helping them scale their student acquisition through data-driven performance marketing.

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, results-obsessed EdTech Performance Marketer to manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns for our EdTech clients. Your primary mission: generate high-quality leads that convert. You'll own everything from strategy and creative briefing to campaign execution, optimization, and reporting — making sure every rupee spent brings demonstrable returns.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be deep in Ads Manager daily, running tests, reading data, and making smart decisions fast.

What You'll Do

Campaign Management

  • Plan, build, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end for EdTech clients focused on lead generation
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently, scaling winners and cutting losers with speed and confidence
  • Work across the full funnel — awareness, consideration, and conversion — using the right campaign objectives at each stage

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor key metrics daily: CPL, CTR, ROAS, lead quality, funnel conversion rates
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages
  • Identify performance patterns and act on them quickly — no waiting for weekly reviews
  • Optimize landing pages and lead forms in collaboration with the design and copy teams

Audience & Strategy

  • Build and manage custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting segments
  • Stay on top of Meta's algorithm changes, new ad formats, and EdTech-specific audience trends
  • Develop full-funnel strategies tailored to EdTech buyer journeys — from curious learner to enrolled student

Client & Reporting

  • Own client communication for Meta Ads performance — clear, confident, and data-backed
  • Build weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and forward-looking recommendations
  • Collaborate with client teams to align ad strategy with enrollment goals and seasonal pushes

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns with a lead generation focus
  • Proven track record of reducing CPL and scaling campaigns in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong grasp of Meta Business Manager, Events Manager, Pixel setup, and Conversions API
  • Experience working with or in the EdTech sector (test prep, upskilling, higher education, ed platforms, etc.)
  • Comfort with numbers — you should be able to interpret data, spot trends, and turn insights into action
  • Excellent written communication for client-facing reporting and updates

Good to Have

  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency setting
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead funnel tracking (Leadsquared, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads or other paid channels
  • Knowledge of creative best practices for short-form video and carousel formats on Meta

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Audited existing client campaigns and implemented a performance improvement plan
  • Reduced CPL by 15–20% through structured testing and optimization
  • Established a reporting cadence and strong working relationship with client stakeholders
  • Launched at least two new campaign experiments with documented learnings

Why Join Digital Molecule

  • Work with some of the fastest-growing EdTech brands in India
  • Real ownership — you'll run campaigns, not just assist someone else
  • A team that values testing, learning, and moving fast
  • Competitive compensation with performance incentives
  • Flexible work setup
