Performance Marketing Executive (2-3 years experience in a D2C organisation)
We're looking for someone who's spent the last couple of years actually running performance campaigns, not just watching dashboards, but owning them. Someone who's worked at a D2C or B2C brand, knows what it feels like when a Meta campaign bleeds money over a weekend, and has figured out how to fix it without waiting to be told.
This isn't a big-team role where you execute someone else's plan. You'll be building and running campaigns across paid social and search, testing creatives, reading the numbers, and making calls. If something isn't working, we expect you to know it before anyone else does.
What You'll Be Doing
Owning paid campaigns end to end. Meta, Google, and wherever else the customer is. Setting up and managing spends, audience structures, and bidding strategies. Running creative tests, interpreting results, and feeding that back into what gets made next. Working closely with the content and design folks so the brief actually reflects what performs, not just what looks good. Track CAC, ROAS, and funnel metrics and interpret them in context rather than just reporting them.
What We're Looking For
2 to 3 years running performance marketing at a D2C or B2C brand. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Not just familiarity, but weekly use. Someone who's managed real budgets and has an opinion on what works. Comfortable with numbers but not dependent on a data analyst to tell you what they mean. A bias for doing things over talking about doing things.
