Roles & Responsibility

• Plan, create, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Optimize campaigns on a daily basis for key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Analyze audience behavior, A/B test creatives & landing pages, and continuously improve ad performance.
• Develop a deep understanding of the brand's niche and customer base to craft relevant ad messaging and targeting strategies.
• Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and competitors to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop ad creatives that convert.

Requirements

• Proven 2+ years of experience in running and scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver ROI-driven results within a single niche or vertical.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools.
