Performance Marketing Executive – Meta & Google Ads
Location: Chattarpur, New Delhi (Onsite)
We are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Executive to join our PR agency specializing in celebrity styling, luxury fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and premium brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Generate quality leads and drive brand visibility for luxury fashion and celebrity-led brands.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with creative and account management teams to align campaign objectives.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Interest or experience in luxury fashion, celebrity styling, beauty, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills.
Location: Chattarpur, New Delhi (Work from Office)
