Performance Marketer

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various channels. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, managing budgets, and recommending data-driven improvements. Collaboration with creative teams, stakeholders, and clients to align marketing strategies with business goals is also a key aspect of this role.

• Proficiency in performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC advertising tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in managing campaign data, A/B testing, and using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and familiarity with digital marketing strategies and trends.
• Ability to develop creative marketing content and collaborate effectively with design and content teams.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in driving ROI and meeting performance metrics through digital campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or luxury industry is a plus.
