What Does the Ideal Candidate Look Like
- 23 years of digital marketing experience in paid customer acquisition
- Hands-on experience managing daily ad budgets exceeding 2L
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads with Conversions/Sales objectives
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads with Conversions/Sales objectives
- Experience with WordPress, ClickFunnels, or other page builders, including setting up or verifying Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to derive insights from current and historical data and trends
- Willingness to unlearn and relearn quickly as situations demand
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working with coaching and ed-tech funnels
- Experience running YouTube ads optimized for sales conversions
- Prior client-facing experience
- Basic knowledge of coding or web development
- Copywriting experience for creative briefs, ad copies, and video ad scripts
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and launch campaigns with conversion/sales objectives across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports in Google Sheets and share insights, learnings, and next steps
- Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and performance, including landing page and funnel optimization
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on audiences and creatives
- Collaborate with clients, web developers, creative, and marketing teams to test, scale, and optimize growth channels
- Execute weekly and monthly growth plans while managing marketing budgets across platforms
- Consistently achieve user acquisition and performance targets
- Create creative briefs, ad copies, and video ad scripts
- Communicate campaign health and performance updates with internal stakeholders and provide optimization recommendations
