Job Description: Performance Marketing Specialist (CRO & Funnels)

Role Overview
Digital Nest is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive measurable growth through paid campaigns, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and high-performing marketing funnels. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, experiment-oriented, and capable of optimizing the entire journey — from ad click to conversion.
This role goes beyond running ads — you will design funnels, analyze user behavior, improve landing page performance, and collaborate with content, design, and inside sales teams to improve lead quality and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Manage lead generation campaigns focused on student acquisition and program enrollments.
Monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
Perform audience research, targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies.
2. Funnel Strategy & Marketing Automation
Design and manage full-funnel journeys (ToFu, MoFu, BoFu).
Build and optimize landing page funnels aligned with campaign objectives.
Work closely with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, etc.) for lead tracking and nurturing workflows.
Improve lead quality through funnel optimization and audience filtering.
3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Analyze landing pages, forms, and user journeys to improve conversions.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, CTAs, and page layouts.
Use heatmaps, analytics, and behavioral tools to identify drop-off points.
Collaborate with design and tech teams to implement CRO recommendations.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel Tracking, etc.Build dashboards showing lead performance, funnel conversion rates, and ROI.
Present weekly and monthly insights with actionable improvement strategies.
5. Collaboration & Strategy
Work with content, video, and brand teams to create high-converting creatives.
Align performance campaigns with organic content and SEO initiatives.
Support marketing experiments for scaling student enrollments and program launches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of CRO, funnel design, and landing page optimization.
