Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR operations in an early-stage manufacturing setup, including process and policy implementation.
  • Handle Labour Relations / Industrial Relations (LR/IR) activities including workforce management and compliance.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for technical and shop-floor roles.
  • Act as a bridge between management and the workforce to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, and applicable labour laws.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
  • Manage and operate Zoho HRMS (Zoho People) for employee data management, attendance, leave tracking, and workflow approvals.
  • Assist in performance management and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across departments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Engineering.
  • Contribute to building HR systems, SOPs, and scalable processes.

Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site)

Requirements

Qualifications:

Required:

  • MBA in HR (Labour Relations / Industrial Relations preferred).
  • 5–8 years of overall experience, with at least 2–3 years in manufacturing / plant HR environment.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance, and shop-floor HR practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving setup.

Preferred:

  • Experience in early-stage or growing manufacturing setups.
  • Exposure to aerospace or engineering industry.
  • Hands-on experience managing blue-collar workforce.
  • Experience working on Zoho HRMS (Zoho People) or similar HR management systems.
