Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Lead the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of all legal documents, including client agreements, vendor contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and program-specific contracts.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide legal guidance to business teams to facilitate deal closures and mitigate organizational risk.
- Standardization & Automation: Develop and maintain standardized templates and drive the roadmap for legal process automation.
- Stakeholder Management: Represent T-Hub in high-stakes negotiations with clients, partners, vendors, and government stakeholders.
- Startup Support: Demonstrate a service mindset by dedicating office hours to support and guide startup companies within the ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: LL.B/LL.M from a reputed institution.
- Experience: 7–8 years of post-qualification experience in legal roles, specifically in contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance.
- Sector Expertise: Strong preference for candidates with experience in Section 8 (not-for-profit) companies, startup incubators, accelerators, or CSR/grant-funded organizations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools; experience with Zoho Contracts is highly preferred.
