About Us:

Course Compass is India's fastest-growing upskilling and freelancing platform dedicated to empowering Tier 2 and Tier 3 college students. We offer live courses, a freelancing marketplace, and guaranteed work opportunities for students across India. We are currently scaling our subscription-based membership model and are seeking a data-driven, creative, and goal-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to boost conversions.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms) to drive high-quality student subscriptions for our 1,000 and 3,000 membership plans. Your main KPI will be generating low-cost, high-converting leads that convert into paying subscribers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube.

· Develop compelling ad creatives (images, videos, ad copy) in collaboration with our design and content team.

· Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audiences.

· Track campaign performance, optimize ROAS, and reduce CPL.

· Build and refine audience segments to target students in Tier 2/3 cities.

· Work closely with the product and sales team to align messaging with user journey.

· Create reports with insights and present weekly performance dashboards.

· Identify new platforms and growth hacks to scale campaigns.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

· Proven track record of lowering CAC and increasing ROAS for digital products or subscription-based services.

· Proficiency in ad tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).

· Strong understanding of landing page psychology and lead funnels.

· Data-driven mindset with knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).

· Excellent copywriting and creative ideation skills.

· Bonus: Experience in marketing to students or edtech background.

Key KPIs:

· Cost Per Lead (CPL) 20

· ROAS 3x

· Conversion Rate from lead to paying member 10%
