Seeking a Founding Performance Marketer to scale user acquisition and build the company's paid growth engine from the ground up. - Manage and optimize acquisition budgets with clear CAC, activation, conversion, and ROAS goals.
- Build and improve landing pages, acquisition funnels, onboarding journeys, retargeting flows, and conversion systems.
- Run rapid experiments across creatives, messaging, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization.
- Partner with product, design, and content teams to improve user acquisition and activation outcomes.
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to identify scalable growth opportunities.
- Help shape broader growth and go-to-market strategy.
