Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Faridabad (On-site)

Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid growth across our D2C and marketplace businesses. This role will own customer acquisition, performance marketing strategy, campaign execution, and conversion optimisation across Meta, Google, and key digital channels.

The ideal candidate understands both brand and performance, can balance CAC with scale, and knows how to build efficient growth systems for consumer brands.

This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on revenue growth across multiple consumer brands in skincare, wellness, OTC and petcare.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
  • Own end-to-end paid growth across Meta, Google and other digital acquisition channels
  • Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Retargeting / remarketing
  • Manage campaign budgets, scaling and daily optimisation
  • Drive efficient CAC, ROAS and revenue growth across channels
Strategy & Growth
  • Build and manage full-funnel acquisition strategy
  • Identify growth opportunities across:
  • customer acquisition
  • remarketing
  • retention
  • landing page optimisation
  • Work closely with creative and brand teams to improve ad performance through better hooks, messaging and creative testing
  • Translate business goals into media plans and growth targets
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report on key performance metrics:
  • CAC
  • ROAS
  • CTR
  • CVR
  • AOV
  • MER
  • LTV
  • Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards
  • Analyse funnel drop-offs and optimise conversion paths
  • Drive data-backed decision making across campaigns
Website & Conversion
  • Work closely with website / CRO teams to improve:
  • landing page conversion
  • checkout flow
  • cart recovery
  • funnel performance
  • Ensure proper tracking setup across website and campaigns
  • Oversee attribution and event tracking via:
  • GA4
  • GTM
  • Meta Pixel
  • Shopify analytics
Marketplace Growth (Preferred)
  • Support performance growth across Amazon / Flipkart through:
  • AMS / marketplace ads
  • campaign optimisation
  • listing visibility
  • conversion efficiency
Agency / Partner Management
  • Work with external agencies / freelancers where required
  • Ensure strong execution, reporting discipline and performance accountability
  • Own strategy internally, while driving external execution efficiently
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing / digital growth
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • GA4
  • GTM
  • Shopify
  • Strong understanding of D2C funnels, attribution and ecommerce metrics
  • Experience scaling consumer brands (D2C / FMCG / beauty / wellness / petcare preferred)
  • Comfortable managing budgets, optimisation and reporting independently
  • Strong analytical thinking with commercial understanding
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
Good to Have
  • Experience with Amazon / Flipkart ads
  • Experience in retention / CRM / WhatsApp / email automation
  • Exposure to skincare / wellness / OTC / petcare categories
  • Basic understanding of CRO and landing page testing
